November is nigh, and Outer Banks Fall Restaurant Week has begun! Good Winds Restaurant is pleased to offer a terrific menu for this semi-annual celebration of the area’s plethora of excellent culinary establishments. And as it turns out, Good Winds is the ONLY restaurant South of the Herbert C. Bonner Bridge to be participating in this Fall’s event!
